I like to think of my middle name as a verb. I truly love who I am today. I appreciate all that brought me here. To my younger self, "thank you for always doing your best with what you knew. Thank you for the time and dedication you gave to learning and living all the lessons along the way. Thank you for inspiring me and empowering me to transform as I continue this journey." 

I am an artist, athlete, musician, daughter, sister, mother, friend, teacher and valuable partner.

I am curious, empathetic, humble, competent,  dedicated to being authentic as a way of tapping my richest potential and encouraging and championing others to do the same.  

I have been told that I have an exceptional calming effect on children needing support with self-regulation. I naturally know how to help children feel safe and seen. 

I tune in with children and find the golden keys they already posses to open up more doors and explorations of learning. I help them find joy in challenges and build confidence in their capacity to do hard things.
